About the Role

To strengthen our Offshore Substation expert team, we are looking for an experienced Package Manager – Platform Structure (Jacket) (m/f/d).

In this role, you will join the TIS engineering team and support a major offshore converter platform project for one of our key energy clients. You will be responsible for managing the jacket and foundation structural package, ensuring technical quality, interface coordination, and safe execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the jacket and foundation structural package, including seabed interaction and grouted connections

  • Act as the main interface between the client’s project management, contractors, and technical experts

  • Review and assess EPCI contractor designs and documentation against project requirements and applicable standards

  • Prepare technical specifications and support tender evaluations

  • Coordinate interfaces with other technical packages (electrical, mechanical) and internal functions (procurement, logistics, O&M)

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks related to design, fabrication, and installation

  • Ensure safe and efficient construction, installation, commissioning, and O&M phases

  • Plan and support technical audits, inspections, and quality controls during fabrication and installation

  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA, and permitting requirements

  • Develop and support inspection and test plans (ITPs)

  • Act as focal point for jacket and foundation structural topics and maintain lessons-learned documentation

  • Provide regular reporting and technical input to project management

Your Profile

  • University degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical or comparable discipline)

  • Strong expertise in offshore foundations and jacket structures, including seabed interaction

  • Proven experience in managing EPCI interfaces and multidisciplinary coordination

  • Experience with corrosion protection systems (ideally ICCP) is an advantage

  • Very good knowledge of offshore standards and regulations (e.g. DIN, IEC, DNVGL, BSH)

  • Business-fluent English (C1); German is a plus

  • Confident handling of common IT systems (MS Office, SAP HANA)

  • Willingness to travel within Europe
