We’re Hiring: Information Management Lead (O&M / Asset)

Are you an expert in asset data, information management, and operational readiness for large infrastructure projects?

We are looking for an Information Management Lead (O&M / Asset) to establish and coordinate asset data, documentation, and information management processes, ensuring a seamless transition from project execution to Operations & Maintenance.

This role focuses on O&M readiness, asset information quality, and structured handover, enabling operational teams to start working effectively from Day 1.

This is a long-term assignment (until end of 2027) on international energy and infrastructure projects.

Your Mission

  • Lead information and asset data management activities across the project lifecycle

  • Establish and implement O&M information management concepts and standards

  • Coordinate BIM, asset data, Object Type Library (OTL), and Item Designation (IDS) activities

  • Act as the interface between project teams, asset management, operations, and contractors

  • Ensure structured, complete, and compliant asset data handover to O&M

  • Perform gap analysis between existing O&M systems and project requirements

  • Oversee documentation, metadata, and master data exchange

  • Support operational readiness and handover processes

  • Ensure compliance with QA, HSE, and regulatory requirements

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in asset information management, asset data, or O&M readiness roles

  • Background in large infrastructure, energy, offshore, or industrial projects

  • Strong knowledge of BIM, asset data structures, and documentation management

  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and external contractors

  • Structured, analytical, and process-oriented mindset

  • Fluent English required; German is a plus
